1. Which areas do you serve?
We ship our products all over Greece and abroad.
2. Is there a minimum order fee?
No minimum order fee is set.
3. After how many days will I receive my order?
- GREECE: Products are shipped the next working day if the products are ready for delivery & delivered within 2-3 days.
- FOREIGN: Products are shipped the next working day if the products are ready for delivery & delivered within 8-10 days (by standard shipping) or 2-4 days (by express shipping).
4. Can I make a change?
Our products are handmade and unique, and specific pieces are made based on the orders we receive. For this reason we do not support product changes.
5. Are product replacements / returns made in cases of wear and tear?
Please check your parcel and its contents upon receipt, before the delivery is removed. In case of wear and tear, in order for the return to be accepted, the fact must also be recorded by the cooperating distribution company.
In any case of acceptance of the package without the on-site suitability check of the content, no refunds are made.
Physical wear and tear during use of the product does not define the product as unsuitable or problematic.
6. Are there additional shipping/cash on delivery costs?
Transportation costs are set at €3 for orders within Greece, while for orders from abroad they are set at X,X€ for simple shipping and €X,X for express shipping.
Cash on delivery service is not available.
7. Can I buy by invoice/wholesale?
You can make an invoiceable transaction. Before checking out, fill in the respective fields with the company details and complete your transaction or contact us for more details.
8. Are your products also sold in physical stores?
Yes, our products are also sold in selected physical stores in Greece & Abroad. Find a point of sale here.

About the Products
1. How do I properly care for my candles?
- Before each burn, cut the wick, with a special trimmer or scissors and ideally leave it 1cm above the candle, in order to achieve a good burn.
- Allow the wax to melt up to the walls of its jar, evenly and vertically.
- When you blow out the candle, let it cool down before burning it again.
- Keep the wax clean and well-groomed, free of foreign body residues.
- Avoid burning your candle continuously for more than 4 hours at a time.
- If a wax is unevenly altered, you can restore it by heating it with a hair dryer or heating it in the oven for a few minutes.
2. What should I consider for safe burning of my candles?
- Always place your candles on heat-resistant surfaces.
- Always be present during the burning of your candles. Do not leave burning candles unattended.
- Make sure to burn your candles away from drafts and with a distance of at least 10cm between them. This way you avoid accidents and the uneven burning of the candle.
3. Can I clean and reuse my candle bases?
Our candle containers are designed with recyclable materials and neat aesthetics to be reusable. After burning your candles you can clean the containers with soap and water and use them to decorate your space, store your favorite items or plant a beautiful flower.
4. Are the products suitable for food contact?
NEMA concept products are created with love and care from recyclable natural materials. At the moment we do not have any certification of suitability for contact with food and therefore we do not recommend their use for this purpose.
